A canopy or tent can set a mood, provide shelter and act as the framwork for decor and lighting. All of our tents and canopies are white. White is the perfect neutral backdrop to overlay your design ideas. To set the right mood and create an ambience to remember let us help you choose the right tent or canopy to fit your celebration.

20 x 40 Elite Canopy – $ 350.00 (Has 3 – 14’ center poles, 12 – 7’ side poles)
30 x 40 Elite Canopy – $ 550.00 (Has 2 – 18’ center poles, 14 – 7’ side poles)
Tents:
15 x 15 – $ 225.00
20 x 20 – $ 295.00
40 x 40 – $ 800.00 ( 1Pole Tent – Has one 18’ center pole – 16 – 7’ side poles)
40 x 60 Pole Tent – $ 1,000.00 (Has 2 –8’ center poles – 18 – 7’ side poles)
40 x 80 Pole Tent – $ 1,200.00 (Has 3 – 18’ center poles – 20 – 7’ side poles)

Sides are available at $ 1.00 per foot.
There is an additional fee for delivery.
*These prices are for customer setup, additional fees for Party Fundamentals to setup 20 x 20 or 20 x 30 canopies.
When figuring the tent size you need, the “rule of thumb” is for a stand up/cocktail – 8 sq. ft. per person, for a sit down dinner – 10 to 12 sq. ft. per person. Don’t forget to consider the number of buffet tables, bars, band or DJ, dance floor, cake tables, gift tables, and any other special space needs.
